Vauxhall Motors (/ˈvɒksɔːl/; a trading name of General Motors UK Limited)[8] is one of the oldest established vehicle manufacturers and distribution companies in Great Britain and has its headquarters in Luton, Bedfordshire, England. It is a subsidiary of the German company Adam Opel AG which is due to become part of PSA Peugeot-Citroën. Until the sale, agreed to in March 2017, takes place, both are wholly owned subsidiaries of General Motors
