14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under Norwegian consumer law, you have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Provide your order number with the return
How to Return
- Contact us at post@husebyautodeler.no to initiate return
- Pack the item securely in original packaging
- Ship to: Huseby Autodeler, Hedalsvegen 2433, 3528 Hedalen, Norway
- Keep your shipping receipt as proof of return
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return
- Original payment method will be credited
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or special order parts
- Opened fluids, oils, or chemicals
- Electrical parts that have been installed
- Items without original packaging
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
