1. General

These terms apply to all purchases from Huseby Autodeler (Org. No. 971211490). By shopping with us, you accept these terms.

2. Prices and Payment

• All prices are in NOK including 25% VAT
• We accept payment via Vipps, Klarna, and PayPal
• Orders are processed when payment is confirmed

3. Delivery

• Delivery time is normally 2-5 business days
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address

4. Right of Withdrawal

According to consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods:

• Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition
• You cover return shipping costs
• Refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the return
• Custom-made items and opened fluids/oils cannot be returned

5. Complaints and Warranty

• Complaint period: 2 years (5 years for items with longer durability)
• Report defects as soon as possible
• We repair, replace, or refund according to applicable regulations

6. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for incorrect installation of parts
• Always verify compatibility before installation
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item

8. Disputes

Any disputes shall be resolved according to Norwegian law. For complaints, you may contact the Consumer Authority or Consumer Council.
